MUSIC LESSON WITH MARTY THE MUSIC MAN Marty the Music Man warms us up with solfege. Then we learn how to draw notes, rests and dotted rhythms. You are so smart!
THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs and visit with a ‘geologist’ to learn all about rocks and the history of our earth. So fascinating! Imagine what we can find in these rocks. “Rock Out” with Miss Linda and Miss Ladybug and sing the "Dino Rock and Roll"!
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda sings “Down The Road”. We can drive, walk, run, skip and so much more!
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “If By Chance I Met a Dinosaur”. It’s the best kind of meeting that turns into a fabulous Birthday Party.
MUSIC LESSON WITH MARTY THE MUSIC MAN Marty the Music Man warms us up with solfege. Then we learn about dynamics with Forte the dog and Piano the cat! We also learn crescendo and decrescendo.
THE CURIOSITY CORNER We join Miss Linda and Miss Linette as they make dinner together. Cooking in the kitchen and using fresh vegetables is so much fun. We learn to be safe. Lots of colorful on our plates. Sing “A Colorful Plate” with Miss Ladybug. Yummy!
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda sings with her ukulele in her backyard. Learning about the letters M, H and T! What can we find that start with those letters?
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “I Like to Cook”. Nothing beats planning, preparing, cooking and sharing our meal together with friends and family at the house.
MUSIC LESSON WITH MARTY THE MUSIC MAN Marty the Music Man warms us up with solfege. Then we learn about the treble clef and bass clef. It’s fun to listen for ‘high and low’ notes with Marty.
THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure and learn about what can be recycled. We think about ‘waste’ differently. From water, plastics and electronics - we can recycle so much. Miss Ladybug sing about how good it is to "Re-re-re-Recycle"!
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda travels into a clock and she helps us to learn to tell time! Sing along, tell time and count with her!
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “Hey There, Mr. Beaver!” Our animal and insect friends stay so busy and productive. We can learn so much from them!

THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure to the Broadmoor Hotel and Resort and make chocolates with Chef! So much fun to create different shapes and candies. Chocolate can be warmed up and molded. Little Emily has lots of fun.
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda visits with her imaginary friend, Thayda and sings about emotions. We learn about feelings and how to identify them and share. We learn empathy and compassion by sharing.
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “When I Grow Up”. Imagine all I can be when I grow up! For now, I love being little me!
MUSIC LESSON WITH MARTY THE MUSIC MAN Marty the Music Man warms us up with solfege. Marty puts melody and rhythm together on the staff and with our friend the Metronome, we sing these little melodies together.
THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure to the Bemis School of Art in Colorado Springs. We learn how to mold clay, using the wheel to throw the clay and make pottery! Imagine that- creating something that we create with our own hands and a bit of clay! Ladybug sings about how we create things from most anything - stones to a house, straw to a basket…fun!

THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go to visit Miss Linette and friends at home. We learn how to keep our place tidy and clean. Learning how to take care of our belongings and our home.
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda with her ukulele about how important it is to smile and make eye contact with our friends.
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “A Little Extra Effort”. When we make that extra effort to help a friend, clean our space or take care of ourselves we always feel so much better!

THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure to New York City. Explore the city by different ways of ‘transportation.’ Trains, cabs, subways, buses, walking, biking….so many ways to see the city! Ladybug and Miss Linda sing the ‘Traveling Song’.
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda sings and teaches us how to say ‘HELLO’ is all different languages!

THE CURIOSITY CORNER We visit Miss Linette at her little farm during the wintertime. Let’s see how everyone is taken care of during the cold season. Miss Ladybug sings about the seasons of the year!

THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure and visit the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. Learning the history of our community is so important to understand more about our cultures Miss Linda sings about “Our Friends in History”. Imagine our favorite personalities in history and wondering what they were like when they were our age!
LET'S PLAY Our friend Thayda joins us in the backyard and teaches us how to best keep our hands nice and clean!
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “Grandpa Owl’s Library”. Some of our favorite books include books about history- amazing people and places.
MUSIC LESSON WITH MARTY THE MUSIC MAN Marty the Music Man warms us up with solfege. Marty then introduces us to percussion instruments. From the bass drum to the xylophone we learn how each of these instruments work. Hopefully you will want to learn to play one.

THE CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure and visit the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs. We learn that beyond what happens on the stage, there are so many people that are working ‘backstage’ that support all performances. From the lights to the sound to the stage managers, our friends are working hard to be sure that everything goes off without any mistakes. It’s fun to have a job to support others.

IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “Me and My Community”. We are all part of our community. Out community is so very special and each of us play a role. Everyone has a place in the community and we all have a job to do in support of each other even though we are all so very different.

THE CURIOSITY CORNER What happens when something breaks or gets torn. Miss Linette teaches us how to fix things. Being resourceful and fixing things that we want to keep is an important thing to learn how to do. Even our car can break down- let’s visit a dealership and learn how an auto mechanic does his job.

CURIOSITY CORNER We go on an adventure to the National Museum of World War II Aviation in Colorado Springs to learn about how airplanes work. No better way to learn about flight by understanding the history of airplanes. Ladybug sings about Flying!
LET'S PLAY Miss Linda sings about directions in her backyard. “Up and down, front and back, right and left…so many different directions.
IN THE LIBRARY Join Betty the Bookworm in the library and read “You Can Do It”. Our little baby bluebird friends learn to fly. No matter how scary something might be, we can tell ourselves “We Can Do It!”
